When Should You Seek Emergency Care?
Go to an emergency room or call 911 if you have trouble breathing, bleeding you can’t stop, or you passed out. Those come before anything an oral surgeon does.
Once the ER has checked you, it may send you home with instructions to see an oral surgeon. That follow-up is the visit we handle.
Different Types of Facial Injuries
